The front desk staff were generally unfriendly. The doctor's explanation was fine. Plastic surgery clinics these days usually have nice facilities, but the hospital facilities here seemed old compared to what I expected. What was disappointing was that after the consultation, other clinics wrote down the price and what surgery would be done on a card and gave it to me, but here they didn't, so later I couldn't remember anything at all.
