I went because the app had good reviews for plastic surgery and many recommendations. I could not meet the director because I could not get an appointment with him, so I consulted with the director-level staff, who kindly helped design the line and gave me a good consultation. But since it is definitely a large hospital, there were a ton of people and it felt very factory-like. They showed me before-and-after photos, and they were pretty, but if you want something natural, I would slightly not recommend it.
