I couldn’t get a consultation with the director and only met with the manager, but that’s because I hadn’t separately booked the director. It was definitely a big place, so there were a lot of people, and it felt a bit like a factory-style clinic. The manager was extremely kind and adjusted the shape for nose surgery with a cotton swab. They also showed me before-and-after photos, but photos aren’t something I can really trust, so I just listened vaguely. It was kind, but somehow not convincing. And they didn’t seem to make aggressive recommendations, either. They only recommended the parts the patient wanted.
