I went and waited well before my consultation time, but I didn't get into the consultation room until much later. That part was still fine, but suddenly they said the director was busy today, and that I couldn't meet even a single doctor lol To tell me that only after making me wait so long was absurd, and shouldn't the basic thing be telling me from the time of booking that only a consultation with the manager was possible? They didn't even seem that sorry lol I still went in with expectations because it was a fairly well-known place... But the consultation content itself didn't feel professional either.
