About 8 years ago? The main director was famous, so I went there, but their schedule was full, and since they mostly did revision surgery, they recommended another doctor, so I got persuaded into doing it. My friend and I both had tip-rhinoplasty, and my friend got visible cartilage, so they had an aftercare procedure there. (The doctor who did the surgery wasn't there, so someone else handled it.) After my surgery, my nasal tip became crooked, and when I went back they said that was okay;; they said the tip had been set to match my philtrum on purpose, and there was nothing they could do because my nasal bridge was crooked;; I'm now looking into revision surgery, and every other place says it would be better to correct the crooked tip. My nostrils are uneven too. More than anything, when I went for aftercare because of a foreign-body sensation in the columella, the doctor who operated on me wasn't there so I had to consult with someone else. Because of this experience, I'm now mainly looking at private clinics for this surgery..
