I went to correct my congenital uneven nostrils and had nose-tip surgery with septal extension on Saturday. I haven't taken the splint off yet, but sadly the nostrils are exactly the same.. He drew pictures and confidently said they could achieve a natural effect with minimal surgery.. I suppose I'll have to wait until the swelling goes down more, but honestly it feels like nothing at all has been corrected about the nostril asymmetry.. It feels like I only had a surgery that doesn't show at all.. If I'm satisfied after the splint comes off, I'll come back and edit the review.
