Eye Surgery review at Namu (나무) · 2022-03-14

It was 12 years ago so my memory is fuzzy. First the consultation manager talked to me, then I had a consultation with the doctor. At that time, the manager recommended all kinds of things: incision method, eye correction, epicanthoplasty, and so on. When I consulted with the doctor, they said eye correction wasn't necessary and that because my eyelids were thin, buried suture would be better. That left me feeling a bit strange because the manager seemed to be pushing things and it put me in a bad mood. The doctor just felt like they were clearly saying what procedures were needed. They also recommended epicanthoplasty, but at that time it felt kind of experimental, and I was afraid of scars, so I said no, and I praise the decision I made back then. But maybe because of that thin result then, or because I've aged, I now have a partial double eyelid. Only the outer line is slightly visible T_T I even recommended this place to my friends T_T ...The strange thing was that when the swelling was there, it was asymmetrical, but as it went down, it became even. Anyway, it was natural and there were no scars, so people couldn't tell at all that I had anything done, but I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Back then it looked pretty, but as the line got thinner, that became a downside. When I went to another consultation, they said they had made the line itself thin. But the fact that no one still recommends epicanthoplasty now means the space between my eyes is a little ambiguous. It's not that far apart, but if you do it, it gets too close, so they don't recommend it. As I have been going around looking into revisions lately, I've realized that making the line a bit higher seems better than making it more natural T_T But I think it went well at that time at Tree. Anyway, there were no side effects and it looked pretty then, so.... I don't really know how things are now T_T
