- T-osteotomy was too burdensome, so I had it done at this hospital. It's now been about 4 years after the procedure, and I'm living well without discomfort like sagging or sensory problems. - They did it well to match my facial shape. Since they didn't insert screws, I couldn't get a fully sharp V-line. (That may also be because of my facial shape..) Even during the consultation, they talked about naturalness and said a sharp V-line would be difficult. On X-ray, it was cut in a nice round U shape. But because there are no screws, I can live without burden. - After I had square jaw surgery done elsewhere, I only had the chin done here, and it created a secondary angle. They really only did the chin part. If I had done the square jaw here too, I wonder if it would have been different. - If you already have facial asymmetry, it may be worth keeping that in mind. The asymmetry is still exactly the same as before surgery.
