I had surgery after paying an expensive price even for chin contouring at the time, based on the director's blog post... and I ended up getting a revision surgery. It wasn't because of a complication or anything, but because I was unhappy with the line. They had clearly said they would extend it all the way to the front even without doing a T-osteotomy, but they operated in a way that felt abruptly cut off... so I went to another clinic and had my chin touched up again in front.
