I had a big, rugged face, but these days everyone thinks small and slim is the standard.. It has been 4 to 5 years since the surgery, and there have been no particular problems yet.. They did recommend removing the fixation pin, but I felt there was no need, so I did not remove it and will just keep living with it.. I have had no side effects so far....
