I recently had my fifth nose revision surgery with Dr. Jeong Jae-hyeon at Dream Plastic Surgery. Fifteen years ago I had a silicone augmentation at a clinic in Cheongdam-dong and was very satisfied with it, but within a year I suffered severe side effects. For three years I moved from hospital to hospital, repeating consultations, procedures, and surgeries, then developed severe contracture, and spent 10 years waiting until the tissue softened. First of all, the doctor's consultation was excellent, and the aftercare and follow-up consultations were also handled well. The treatment staff and nurses were also kind and took good care of me, so I was satisfied, but the explanation and attitude of the chief coordinator were not satisfying. I was unhappy that the scheduling and the parts that needed detailed discussion were explained very weakly, and that incorrect information was shared. That part was very disappointing.
