It has been a long time since I had the surgery, and I did it with buried sutures. It opened once, so I got it repaired again, and the shape settled beautifully into the look I wanted. But as a lot of time has passed, the lines on both sides are now slightly different. Still, the shape has stayed natural, so I am satisfied.
