First of all, the hospital is very small and everyone is reasonably kind. I had my consultation with the director right after booking it (first time this has ever happened,,) I talked with the director for a long time about the kind of eye I wanted and all that I did not end up choosing this place, but the consultation was fine, and when you look at the reviews, they are really all over the place, so it seems like it is worth putting on your list of hospitals to visit while shopping around!
