A few years ago, I had buccal fat removal, but during the procedure one cheek was pressed hard and I said it hurt. I vaguely remember them being gentler then, but after the swelling went down, one cheek was less reduced, so the two sides became uneven. I even thought I should have just endured it, and it is frustrating.
