I had bridge and tip nose surgery. From the side it just looks average, but from the front my nose looks upturned and my nostrils are clearly visible. On the left side of the columella, something was sticking out, so I went back for a follow-up to ask why it was like that, but I was only told irresponsibly that it was because my original nose was crooked,,,,,, I was told to just leave it since it does not look very noticeable, and the doctor seemed very satisfied with it alone. They made a nose that I myself am dissatisfied with,,,,,,,,,,
