No consultation fee. 30 minutes of free parking. I went because they said it was one of the few hospitals where surgery could be done using only ear cartilage. The doctor was a little blunt, but still explained everything that needed to be explained. There was no separate touching of the nose or anything like that; the estimate was made just by looking.
