They consult in the order of doctor, then manager. The doctor is kind, but somehow it feels formal and robotic? My nostrils are small, and no clinic told me I needed nostril reduction, but they recommended it, so I was like, huh? I am thinking about it. The manager is sincere and gives a good consultation. They are kind.
