I had surgery here when I was 24, and now at 29 I'm looking into revision surgery a lot; The tip of my nose has completely dropped, and inside the nose, on one side, something like the columella or cartilage is sticking out. The area under the bridge where the nose and silicone connect is sunken. My nostrils are uneven.. What was shocking was that 2 years ago when I went to an ENT for rhinitis, the sutures inside my nose were still there, so they removed them;
