I had already had another surgery at that hospital before, so I just got my outer and lower canthoplasty there too. From what I saw, even if the effect isn't dramatic, it doesn't seem to cause serious side effects like lower eyelid inversion or anything else... Especially with local anesthesia, they operate while your eyes are moving, so it doesn't seem like there is any worry about adhesions or conjunctival injury. For the shape, they don't overcorrect or open it up too much; they only widen it as much as they can within the limits of the eye.
