The director operated on me without pushing it too far. I had a back canthoplasty, and I was also able to get laser treatment for the old double-eyelid scar by paying separately. The back canthoplasty did not get dramatically bigger, but there is no scar at all. I also wanted to have revision eye surgery, but I gave up because they said I might not be able to close my eyes properly T_T
