I had nose surgery there. At first it seems like they do make the nose a bit long, but it has looked natural and without side effects for about 6 years.. The consultation manager was kind too, and after surgery I do not have any major complaints. The shape may feel different to each person, but it does seem to have a straight, somewhat long look.
