My bulbous nose was stressing me out, so I went for a consultation.. There were a lot of people, and the waiting time was a bit long. The director looked busy, maybe because they had just come down right after surgery. During the consultation, it felt like they were only speaking according to a manual, so I could not ask many questions. The staff consultation was not bad, and there was no pressure to reserve.
