I visited for consultation about removing a foreign substance. The hospital seemed like its main customers were people coming in for cosmetic procedures.. and the director looked a bit frantic and busy. Both the director and the coordinator were kind during the consultation, but they felt a little too overconfident, which actually made me trust them less.
