I went for a nose consultation, and the coordinator said it seemed like I could get the tip tied up and have autologous dermis (Megaderm) placed in the tip. I did not have a separate consultation with the director, and they said I could just do that on the day of surgery. I am worried that if I use autologous dermis it might get absorbed quickly, so I am thinking it over a bit more before deciding.
