This was the very first hospital I went to for a nose surgery consultation. Because it was my first time, I had the feeling of, is this really how consultations are supposed to go..? I only saw the consultation manager, and when I said I wanted to consult with the doctor, they said they were too busy right now and could not do a consultation. In the end I came out without seeing the doctor
