The doctor gave off the feeling of being skilled and confidently said there would be no side effects, so I decided to have the surgery. He does use informal speech, but he feels kind. And the manager seems a little inexperienced, but overall she is kind. Still, the director seems to explain what he wants rather than really listening to what I want. I think the result will be accurate after a month, but for now I am satisfied.
