The counter staff and consultation staff were generally kind. But during the consultation, if I kept asking, they seemed a little annoyed lol The operating room assistant was very inexperienced (that assistant was very kind though). The doctor was also kind, but he seemed extremely busy.. lol As for the facility.. the changing area for clothes was ridiculously small, and there was nowhere proper to sit after the surgery T_T..
