A bulbous nose will not improve with cartilage binding alone. It loosened too quickly, in about one month, and went back to exactly how it was at first, and as more time passed scar tissue formed and the nasal tip became hard. They said there would be some effect, but for a severe bulbous nose there is no effect, so I do not recommend it. Surgery is better.
