They recommended Nosebeam and Megaderm. I also asked about alar reduction, and they said I could do Nosebeam first and think about the rest later. They understood my needs well without making unnecessary suggestions. The manager was kind, but they recommended same-day surgery, which caught me off guard. The consultation with the director felt a bit more forceful than professional, so it was a little uncomfortable to ask questions.
