I first had a consultation with the manager, and she explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. She also showed me a variety of before-and-after photos, listened carefully to the parts I was worried about, and gave quick feedback, which I liked. The director was quite straightforward, so without any unnecessary talk, he accurately explained the problem with my nose and kindly explained how it should be done to achieve the shape I wanted, so it was easy to understand :)
