The doctor was kind, but his hands smelled strongly of cigarettes, and he kept touching my nose a lot. He explained things with a pad, which I did like. Even though I had made a reservation, I ended up waiting an hour and a half longer, probably because of a front desk mistake, and while I was waiting I witnessed a woman who had already had surgery losing her temper completely and eventually crying (it didn’t seem like her surgery was ruined, but maybe she didn’t get what she wanted). I went in already feeling uncomfortable, but the consultation itself went well, ,, however, I had doubts about the surgical method and it didn’t seem like it would suit my nose, so I gave up!
