The waiting was absolutely enormous.. It made me wonder why they even make you book an appointment? The consultation with the director was only about 5 minutes and was short, but the consultation itself was not bad because they pointed out the key points. Still, I did wonder whether aftercare would really be handled properly if I had surgery here. The staff were all kind.
