The hospital facilities are good, and the staff at the front desk were kind, but it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't see the director's face during the consultation. I only consulted with the manager, so it's ambiguous. This was my first time even knowing an app like this existed. The manager seems kind, but I can't see the director's face.
