The consultation with the manager was really good, but wanting me to book on the same day felt a little burdensome. I booked surgery right after the doctor’s consultation, but one reason I chose them was because the consultation was thorough and detailed. The pain after surgery was worse than I expected, and I cried, but when I asked them to give me a painkiller shot, they said they usually don’t give one and then gave it much later, which was kind of disappointing.
