I had a consultation with the female consultation manager [Doctor A], who is a bit older, and at first she spoke very carelessly and said that for the tip of the nose I absolutely had to use donated rib cartilage. Since I had seen a lot of complications from donated rib cartilage and asked whether it was really okay, she said there would absolutely be no side effects because it is sterilized, and that completely destroyed my trust. There is no such thing as absolute certainty in any surgery.. After about 3 minutes of consultation, I had another consultation with [Doctor A], and he just seemed a bit tired. He explained things in detail, but at the end it felt like he wanted to finish quickly and just kind of wrapped things up and stood up lol haha The role of the manager really matters, and the whole place felt like a factory, so I do not trust the consultation.
