There was some waiting time. It wasn't too long, just enough that I could wait comfortably? The consultation went in the order of manager - doctor - manager, and although the manager was generally kind, the tone of voice was a little off. The doctor was good, but he recommended a surgery that the other two hospitals did not recommend, so it was a bit unexpected.
