She was not kind at all and spoke in such a harsh tone during the consultation;; The director was kind, but because they recommended rib cartilage, I passed on them. My nose bridge is already high, and I wanted to lift the tip only a little, naturally. I did not ask for anything flashy, yet for a first rhinoplasty they recommended rib cartilage, which was confusing. Everywhere else says septal cartilage or ear cartilage is enough to raise it confidently, but if they are recommending rib cartilage here, maybe they are not confident about doing it with autologous cartilage, or maybe they need to charge a higher price.. It is not a clinic I am going to with ten or twenty thousand won; I am going with the mindset of spending several million, so I wish they would explain things more kindly. The consultation manager seems older.
