There were quite a few people, so there was some waiting, but the consultation time was average. The director's consultation was not bad either, and I felt like he explained only the necessary parts, so that was fine. However, there was some pressure to pay a reservation deposit, which was uncomfortable. Other than that, the consultation was good, and the staff were kind, so I liked it.
