The place stressed me out by contacting me excessively before the consultation. But it was conveniently located. There were some people waiting, both men and women, but the wait wasn't long. The manager in charge had a very refreshing personality, which I liked. The director had surgery scheduled, so there was a bit of a wait, but he was thorough and handled things well.
