I thought I'd have a consultation with the doctor first and then the director, but the director consulted me first, which was a bit unusual? I think they did that to match the doctor's schedule... But both the doctor and the director were very kind. I had a lot of questions, too.. It was nice that they tried to accept my opinion as much as possible. But they kept saying it was cheaper if I put down a reservation deposit today, so I didn't have the surgery.
