This is my personal review. The manager came in first, looked at my eyes, and gave an estimate, and then the director came in and explained the line and the parts to correct based on that. That felt a little unconvincing to me... The directors are obviously busy, but it felt like the explanation was only based on the estimate the manager had given after looking at me;;
