I got an infection at TFPYS, so I had revision surgery at Lamiche 6 months later. My friend's nose turned out so well that I went there, but since this was a second revision for me, it was not as good as my friend's, though I am still somewhat satisfied. My nose had originally been long, but the previous hospital made it extremely short, so my nostrils showed too much, and this surgery was done by slightly lowering only the columella. I am satisfied now, but the nostrils are a little asymmetric and there is a slight scar. Still, I had suffered so much because of my nose before that this is something I can live with.. I do not have any further revision plans now and I am living satisfied.
