They weren't super kind, but I actually liked that. At the consultation, they clearly said what was possible and what wasn't. The explanation was professional. I decided on surgery because they had many cases of bulbous nose surgery, and since I emphasized wanting it natural, it came out naturally as I wanted, so I'm satisfied.
