I went to consult with Director Oh Min about bulbous nose surgery. The consultation with the director was longer than I expected, and the director's sister at the desk was friendly like an older sister from the neighborhood. No matter how sharp the question, she never lost her smile and stayed kind until the end, so I liked that. The doctor also seemed satisfied, as he kept trying to tell me even one more thing until the very end. It felt especially good because his ideal outcome and mine were similar and matched. He understood exactly what I needed, was friendly and comfortable with my questions, and answered clearly. He seemed like someone who would not ignore you after surgery. He changed my bad impression of a large hospital. I was also satisfied with the cost.
