I had nose surgery. I wanted a natural nose, but I ended up with a flashy nose.... People around me say it's pretty and that it turned out well, but since I wanted a natural nose, I want a revision surgery.... For the first surgery, I had it done with septal cartilage. It's been over three years now, and there are no side effects.
