The hospital is very large. It does feel a bit like a factory, but there are many directors, so I figured that was that.~ The lobby staff are pretty kind. The consultation manager did not feel friendly, and was stiff and not kind either, so I did not like her much.. I guess she lacked professionalism. When I got home, I realized I had not gotten any aftercare information at all. Of course I was flustered and could not ask, but since there is a consultation manager role, should not she explain things like after-service, anesthesia method, stitches, and so on on her own? It just felt like she was there to control the price.. Most importantly, she had this vaguely folded-arms pose and an arrogant vibe. lol It was funny. haha But the doctor is more important, so I put up with it. Oh, and in the consultation she kept pressing the line with something like a toothpick..? or a skewer, and it hurt.. My eyelids are already thin, so why press so hard with such a sharp part The wait is long~ Even if they assign the consultation room quickly.. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby and 40 minutes in the consultation room. The doctor was good. He explained only what was necessary and gave reasons why..! In fact, I had no questions to ask, so it ended quickly. I think if you ask a lot of questions, they will consult well, and I liked that he did the consultation without a surgical gown on. Overall, the doctors seem fairly decent!
