A close acquaintance had great natural-looking results on their eyes, so I got referred and went in for eye and nose consultations during peak season. I had booked online in advance, but the reservation was not checked. I rearranged the visit time through chat and went in on that day anyway (they said it couldn't be that day, but I had already blocked off time, so I said it had to be that day). When I got to the hospital, there were a lot of very young people, just turned 20, waiting with their mothers. The desk staff had ‘I’m tired’ written all over their faces. It was peak season so I expected it would be hard, but the staff friendliness was honestly not even worth one star. T_T The director's consultation was detailed and kind, but personally it did not resonate with me. There were so many things I wasn't satisfied with, and they quoted a completely outrageous price, so I didn't choose them..
