I went after watching YouTube and hearing reviews from acquaintances, and the director was really kind and did not seem tired at all, more than I expected. (Visited on a weekday afternoon) The manager was also very kind. There was no pushing of anything else, and they only recommended whether I had ptosis and the procedure that would suit it. There are so few reviews that I am thinking a lot about it, but the reservation schedule is almost full haha.
