I preferred something natural, especially for the nose, and my first priority was to keep the tip shape safe, since it was originally quite blunt... I wanted to reduce the nostrils too, but the doctor discouraged me, so I ended up doing silicone for the bridge + ear cartilage for the tip + tip binding. I liked that there was no push on the day of surgery and they only recommended what was necessary, but rather than talking about how to create a certain nose shape, they focused on doing it safely in this way (even the bridge was done according to the amount of skin available). I got it done together with my older sister. I am extremely satisfied, but my sister says she doesn't like the shape. The aftercare is pretty good, and if you want to do it with some peace of mind, I recommend it.
