Because it is a place that is a bit hard to book during peak season, I was able to go in without waiting. The manager was kind and the doctor was really good. He had this expression like, I am not leaving until I tell you all of your questions, and he kindly explained everything, so I was able to ask a lot without feeling pressured. However, the eye shape I wanted and the eye shape the doctor wanted did not seem to match, so I did not make a reservation date.
